Developed by Sterling Bay, 330 N Green was envisioned as a modern addition to Chicago’s rapidly evolving West Loop skyline. The design needed to honor the area’s industrial heritage while appealing to the next generation of creative professionals and corporate tenants.
I drew inspiration from the surrounding warehouse architecture, incorporating raw materials and structural cues - then elevated the aesthetic with refined detailing, contemporary forms, and high-end finishes. The result is a grounded yet sophisticated entry experience that bridges past and present, setting the tone for a future-focused workplace environment.
